• full payment must be received first before i begin
• i reserve the right to deny any clients
• i reserve the right to refund the clients at any given time
•i reserve the right to post the clients commissioned artwork(s) on my socials
•clients cannot request a refund after the first initial sketch.
•clients will be denied a refund even for their financial needs, after the first initial sketch. i will not be held responsible for the situation you are in
•clients may not use the commissioned artwork(s) that has been cancelled or refunded
• refunded and/or cancelled commissioned artwork(s) pieces may be altered by me, and to be used in ychs, personal use, adoptables...etc
• clients are given permission to post the commissioned artwork on any socials
• clients are given permission to ask another artist and/or themselves to alter/edit the finished commissioned artwork(s)
• commissioned artwork(s) cannot be edited or be used to promote hate against race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disabilities...etc
• work in progress (w.i.p) sketches will be provided and can be editing accordingly if requested
• clients will no longer receive edits made by me 48 hours after the final commissioned artwork(s) are given
• clients cannot make a profit off of my commissioned artwork(s) (unless approved by me)
• the commissioned artwork(s) pieces are for personal use only and will not be used to make a profit, unless arrangements and approval from me has been made to sell the commissioned artwork(s) as (but not limited to) keychains, t-shirts, and badges...etc

failure to comply to these terms may result in a ban from future purchases and/or a callout post on my socials
